Welcome to the Dublin/Livermore Flag Football League!

We have a great mix of players that have never played football before to ex NFL studs and everything between. Regardless of skill set, we all RESPECT each other.

IF YOUR TEAM NEEDS FLAGS or POCKETLESS shorts Text LAW ASAP: 209-679-8326. We have a great vendor that has them for sale at the field. Do not wait until right before the games start.

You can NOT wear shorts/pants with pockets, they are a safety hazard. If you need pocketless shorts, message Law!

For the next 6 Wednesdays, block out 7:45pm -10:15pm

    Where are the games played?

    CAYETANO PARK

698 Portola Ave, Livermore, CA 94551

    RULES

    Click this LINK

    Rules to NOTE:

Spot of the ball is BALL, not HIPS

4 Downs, not 3. (rule book says 3, but we are doing 4)

No blocking, no pressing, this is non-contact

Home team starts with the ball (no coin flip, helps us stay on time)

QUICK halftime, basically flipping sides. Get your water breaks between game plays, not at halftime

Zero tolerance for fighting, don't be that donkey

Teams/Players each bring TWO tops, one dark and one light

IMPORTANT: We have some teams/players that constantly whine and complain about EVERYTHING. A lot of refs donâ??t want to help ref these ADULT leagues because players act like spoiled kids. PLEASE be respectful. It is VERY difficult to find decent refs. If you have anyone in your network, please send them our way so we can get them an opportunity to ref our leagues.

    Please Note:
Some of the rules are funky. AFFL 7v7, 5v5 etc, they all have weird rules. You donâ??t like it, donâ??t play. Do not come to the field and complain about rules. Just be better.

We have the White Football and the Purple Poppers for sale at the tent.

You can NOT wear Youth flags, must be the adult size

If you post any videos or pictures on social media, use the hashtag: #USABowl2019
Follow us on Instagram: @uSportsofAmerica and SnapChat: UnitedSports15,
Facebook: United Sports of America Group.

If you, your family or partner takes any pictures or videos of the games, we would love to see them and highlight it on our social media accounts. Just save it and send it to us.

We're so pumped for this weekend!

You must bring your own sonic pop flags (not triple threat). We have some for sale, but if you need to purchase some, please email us right away.

ALL your players must be registered on the website. If you have a player that is not and the other team protests it, you will receive a forfeit. Protests must be made during the game, NOT after.

Hereâ??s the link to send to your players. They must be registered - REGISTER TEAM PLAYERS
If they are not on your roster, you can receive a forfeit.

    KEYS TO THE TOURNAMENT:

    Location: Sequoia High School
Address: 1201 Brewster Ave, Redwood City, CA 94062

Stadium turf field is â??Field Aâ??
    Soccer field is â??Field Bâ??

Rules: Here is a link to the rules:

    7v7: https://www.affl.com/game-rules/
The only difference is weâ??re doing two 20 minute halves, which is what the AFFL will be doing for regionals, they just need to update their website.
Please Note: These rules are NOT normal flag rules, theyâ??re funky. Ready them, over and over again, for YOUR sake.

    5v5 Menâ??s & Womenâ??s: RULES

    5v5 Coed: RULES

    Key updates:
You CAN jump, just not into a player
Hand Down is NOT man down
You can NOT push a player out of bounds
    Last man/woman rule
Win the coin toss, you pick offense or defense, at halftime it switches

Please read through them, share it with your team as it will save you and your team a lot headaches if you know the rules in and out.

Refs: Our referees are not pulled off of craigslist. Some of our teams are. These Referees are professional and very pleasant to work with. They ref flag football 3-4 times per week, so they are well versed, but with so many different divisions and leagues, rules differ, let's not be rude if they need to clarify. If you have any issues with the ref, have an adult conversation with them. Being whiny isn't good for you or your team. Referees will make mistake, lots of them. They're human and the game is moving super fast. They want the game to be fair just like you do, they'll try their best.

Sportsmanship: We've built some amazing relationships over the years with players/teams. We have players that are traveling from Texas, San Diego, Long Beach, LA, Central Valley, Salinas and all over the Bay. Sportsmanship is a huge part of our success and growth. If you lack it, and create issues with our refs or other teams, you and your team will be disqualified.

Illegal Drugs/ Alcohol: Field is in Redwood City. If you're not familiar with the place, its beautiful, but cops are EVERYWHERE looking to give tickets for the stupidest things. Neighborhood folks are watching and looking to report the dumbest things. Don't be that guy. Tickets aren't cheap, please don't smoke or drink on the field.

Jerseys/Shirts: Make sure your team brings two sets, one dark and one light. So Black/Blue/Red shirts AND White/Yellow/Light Blue etc shirts. One dark one light. Also, shorts with no pockets or tape them up completely shut.

Schedule: We had at least 6 different teams ask for the latest games possible. I'm sorry, we have a lot of teams and limited field time, so we have to make it work. Details are on our website, or send this link to your players:
Click here for the link to the schedule for all divisions/formats

Lets enjoy some football and build our flag football community stronger and stronger!!!

If you have any questions, call/text Law at 209-679-8326 or Josh at 925-325-8518
